Where does Luxe & Co ship from?

We partner with trusted suppliers both in the United States and internationally. Many of our items ship from U.S.-based warehouses, while select pieces are sourced from international partners to offer unique, high-quality designs.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the product’s origin:

~U.S.-based items typically arrive within 5–10 business days
~International items may take 10–20 business days


You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Not always. To ensure faster delivery, your items may ship separately from different warehouses. Each shipment will have its own tracking information.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, we offer returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. However, return instructions and shipping addresses may vary by product. Please contact us to initiate a return and receive return instructions specific to your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll request a photo of the damage and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. For international orders or special requests, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be in production or transit.
